Living La Vie in San Francisco's SoMa District
Millennium Tower, San Francisco’s ultra-luxurious condominium community in SoMa, recently presented its tenants with yet another amenity: La Vie. Designed to promote residents’ social and cultural well-being, this well-rounded events program takes advantage of the high rise’s exceptionally designed 20,000-square-foot meeting area. La Vie's debut calendar features wine tastings, film screenings and other engaging offerings.
Richard G. Baumert, a managing director for Millennium Partners, confirmed these particular highlights:
- A La Vie luxury box at a San Francisco Giants game
- Fitness seminars with a professional from Sports Club/LA
- An exclusive wine harvesting experience in Napa Valley
- Monthly “share a bottle” social gatherings
Baumert reports that La Vie at Millennium Tower event turnout has been high. He noted that a recent acoustic performance by Eoin Harrington, a local songwriter transplanted from Ireland, drew about 125 condo residents and guests to the Club Level terrace.
