Living La Vie in San Francisco's Millennium Tower
>> Tuesday, December 27, 2011
Millennium Tower, located at 301 Mission Street in San Francisco's SOMA neighborhood, is a flagship property of the Millennium Partners, and it is an incredible vision of design along with its offerings of extremely high standards of amenities and services to residents. This 60-story building, which opened in 2009, along with an adjacent 11-story mid-rise building, features 419 residences that range from roughly 750 square feet to 6,000 square feet.
Luxury Living Means More Than Just a Large Condo
Residents of Millennium Tower always have access to a private concierge and the 20,000-square-foot Club Level, which includes an owners' lounge, a wine tasting room and a wine cellar. Residents also have access to a private dining room that is serviced by Michael Mina's restaurant RN74. Other amenities already familiar to Millennium Tower residents include a film screening room, an outdoor terrace on the Club Level, a playroom for children and a nearly 6,000-square-foot fitness center.
Millennium Tower is happy to unveil the newest amenity for their residents: La Vie (www.laviesf.com). La Vie is a monthly events program that will offer residents several social events throughout the year, including film showings, fireside chats, wine tastings and music concerts. La Vie events are designed to accentuate the amenities and space already present in the 20,000-square-foot Club Level at Millennium Tower, as well as provide a platform to help build community within the Tower.
La Vie in Action
Some of the upcoming La Vie events will include a wine education class with acclaimed sommelier Karen MacNeil, a San Francisco Giants luxury box viewing party, fitness education and conversation with trainers from Sports Club/LA, as well as themed wine nights. Residents who attend the wine nights are more than welcome to bring bottles of wine to share with everyone.
Residents will also be invited to participate in fireside conversations with notable people in architecture and design fields, as well as former quarterback of the 49ers and Millennium Tower resident Joe Montana. Millennium Tower residents will also be able to partake in a grape harvest at Round Pond Estate, which is one of Napa Valley's premier wineries.
The first La Vie events have been warmly received and well attended by Millennium Tower residents. A recent concert featuring Eoin Harrington was enjoyed by 125 residents out on the Club Level terrace.
