Atlanta Driving School Announces the Relaunch of its ‘Free Gas’ Offer 1.10

>> Tuesday, June 25, 2013

Nathan's Driving School has announced the relaunch of their Fall Special Promotion. Students enrolling for driving lessons get a free gas coupon worth $10 for Quik Trip. The promotional offer starts on Labor Day and ends on Thanksgiving Day. Those interested in participating in the program have to pre-register before the day of the classes. Although the discount is available for those enrolling for their defensive driving, point reduction and Atlanta DUI course, there's additional discount for students attending the Atlanta DUI course.

"This offer was a huge hit when it was launched last year where hundreds of students benefitted from the program. We've decided to reintroduce the offer to help thousands of other drivers who missed out on the opportunity last year," says a spokesperson at the Atlanta DUI school.

Details of the offer as follows:

Defensive Driving Classes: This course is available at Nathan School's Atlanta and Roswell office. Coupons are given to candidates who successfully complete the defense driving course. Classes are offered during evening on weekdays as well as weekends.

Atlanta DUI Course: Candidates enrolling for the Atlanta DUI Course get two opportunities to receive a $10 gift card. They get the first Quik Trip coupon upon successful completion of a mandatory assessment to be completed at the Chamblee office. The second Quik Trip coupon can be received by students who meet requirements for the DUI school and risk reduction courses.

While $10 worth of free gas is indeed an incentive to entice drivers join the course, the real reason behind this is to encourage drivers to become responsible citizens.

About Nathan's Driving School:

The school was established by Nathan Lewit more than 2 decades ago with an intention to provide quality driver education.

Getting-in the UK’s leading educational website is growing from strength to strength

>> Monday, June 24, 2013

Nowhere is the trend towards websites and other online resources replacing the traditional book more clearly visible than in the world of online education. Tech-savvy young people are now just as likely to learn and get information through their smartphone, tablet or laptop as they are through books and newspapers. However, this migration over to the digital world has not always managed to harness the Internet's full potential, with many of the educational resources online seeming to continually reinvent the wheel.

Nevertheless, one new site, Getting-in, has bucked this trend by redefining the possibilities of online educational resources. And its new approach to offering guidance and advice to young people has by all account proved to be a great hit, with the site's popularity growing month by month. Having gone live in time for the start of the 2012-201gcse revision3 school year, between then and now Getting-in has already come to lead the online educational field.

The appeal of the site to young people looking for guidance related to their futures is clear from the moment you arrive at its homepage. While many educational sites look and feel drab, Getting-in's layout and visuals provide it with a fresh, intuitive appeal. More importantly, though, there is also a clear level of quality to back up its impressive visuals as, unlike many other educational sites, this one has been written entirely by a team of professional writers and educational experts.

This alone, however, does not tell the full story of the unique contribution that Getting-in is making to young people's futures. What truly sets this site apart from others is the sheer scope of its content. Where some sites purely offer revision notes and others concentrate on universities, Getting-in has something for all young people, regardless of whether their priority is preparing for exams, deciding where to go to university, getting help about suitable career paths, or discovering training and vocational options for life after school.

In addition to its unparalleled range of content including things like GCSE and A-Level revision guides, advice on writing personal statements and CVs and a wealth of articles related to careers, the site also makes great use of the technical capabilities of Web 2.0. For example, students looking for information on universities can search the UK's academic institutions using an interactive map, or get information on upcoming open days through its interactive calendar. And the site is also integrated into the world of social media, with its many followers on Facebook, Twitter and Google+ being able to both interact with the Getting-in team and receive regular updates that could help map out their futures. Users of Getting-in can even make great savings by using the site through taking advantage of the huge database of discounts it offers for shops and restaurants across the UK.

If the future of education lies online, then judging by the huge popularity that Getting-in has enjoyed in its first year of operation it is clear that the site is leading the way in showing how the potential of the web can be harnessed to help young people prepare for their futures.

Child Endangerment Case Dismissed at Trial

>> Monday, June 3, 2013

The Hopping Law Group, PC wins a dismissal of all charges against their client after case was called to trial on Monday May 7, 2013 in the 291st District Court of Dallas County, Texas. The District Attorney's office indicted the Defendant and sought a conviction against her for child endangerment charges. Specifically, the State alleged in the indictment that Defendant grabbed a steering wheel in a moving car which subsequently caused an accident resulting in minor injuries to an occupant in another vehicle. After an investigation, Mr. Hopping identified several discrepancies between what the witnesses saw and what was reported in the offense report. The Defendant plead not guilty and rejected all plea offers, including an offer for probation, and the case was set for trial. Understanding the risks associated with entering a plea of not guilty and proceeding to trial, the Defendant and her attorney, Mr. Hopping, stood their ground. After the Judge called the case to trial, the Defendant announced she was ready to proceed. In the final hour, the State was unable to refute the discrepancies established by Mr. Hopping, and dismissed all charges against Defendant. Mr. Hopping stated that "I believe that the result was just, and I am happy that I was able to achieve a favorable result for my client." Cases like this illustrate how The Hopping Law Group, PC effectively defends their clients and protects them from prosecution by the District Attorney's office. This Defendant can now breathe easy knowing that she will no longer be prosecuted for alleged charges of child endangerment.

The Hopping Law Group, PC, a Dallas / Fort Worth Criminal Defense Law Firm, focuses on the defense of individuals charged with criminal offenses.
